That was so beautiful. That's my favorite Christmas song. We all need to be reminded the reason for the season is Jesus, not Santa and present. I just read your post on butchering hogs. Growing up we butchered a hog every winter. It was so much fun, the best part was eating the fresh sausage. My mom would always make up a batch of homemade biscuits and then have truly fresh sausage to eat on them, it was delicious. Your right most people probably wouldn't enjoy it, but as a kid it was super fun. I would love to have a hog to butcher now, but hubby doesn't go for that. Love your blog.
