I believe that so much SITTING is a huge link to the obesity crisis that our nation is in. I'm guilty of too much time sitting in front of this computer!! I saw this at my friend, Tammi's, weight loss blog and just had to post it here. This is a GREAT reminder that movement is so good for us and sitting is not! I bought a device that lifts my computer monitor, keyboard and mouse so I can stand up when I'm working. Or sit. In the last few months I'm standing almost all the time. Feels much better!
