The wind farm is going up FAST! There are over 50 turbines up so far. This is the new view from my front yard.....
When I went for a quick walk this morning I had to run in and grab my camera... the turbines are hard to photograph... the grey color blends into the sky when I take pictures (I can see them JUST fine with my own eye).
They still have THREE to put up in the field bordering the south side of our property.... It is going to take some getting used to, but the good thing is that there will be NO other development out here so it will stay quiet and secluded.

Those are incredible pictures, Heather!! BEAUTIFUL. And how wonderful that they guarantee no further development!!! You really are a "glass half full" kinda gal ~ I love that about you!
I am probably kind of weird, but I would love to have those near me. I guess I have always enjoyed the windmills. That is a great thing that they won't put a development across from you. :) Praying you can get adjusted to them too! :)

We recently had wind turbines put up here and some people objected as they were right on the water, changing the view. I however think they are beautiful-as evidenced even by your pictures.
